We are a leading advocacy firm for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer individuals and families. Our work has been recognized by the Utah Pride Center, Equality Utah, and the National LGBT Bar Association, and in publications like Q Salt Lake and The Salt Lake Tribune. In 2015, City Weekly named us the "Best Advocate for LGBT Families" in Utah.
Notable victories include filing briefs supporting same-sex families before the U.S. Supreme Court, adjudicating the first same-sex common law marriage in Utah, representing the "Capitol 13" protesters (arrested for civil disobedience at the capitol), and establishing a statewide standard for gender changes at the Utah Supreme Court.
